Bardot singer starts her own business

Remember Bardot member Tiffani Wood? Now a Mum herself, Tiffani has set up her own business called Mummy Lush.

Mummy Lush is a fitness web site where you can get professionally compiled training schedules, weekly training plans including daily workouts, a comprehensive library of detailed exercise images, descriptions and instruction and nutrition guidelines -offering professional advice and tips on healthy eating and nutrition.

Tiffani has also recorded a lullaby album for babies called Acoustic Dreams. You can listen to some of the songs on her web site. The lullabies are a very relaxing and calming collection of new lullabies for baby.
