Sneak Peak at the Joolz Bloom, Mutsy, Grow Up Seat and On the Move High Chair

Today I was luck enough to get a sneak peak, touch and demonstration of the new Joolz Bloom and Mutsy stroller range, plus the Mutsy Grow Up seat and the On the Move high chair.

Photos are in order of my comments.

Joolz Bloom

Due for release early July, this stylish pram will be a big hit. It is definitely up there with the Bugaboo, Stokke Xplory etc.
It is easy to steer, easy to fold and I like the way the seat is high off the ground.

The Joolz Bloom will retail for $939 for the chassis, seat unit, shopping basket and rain cover. If you wish to buy the carry cot so that your newborn has a totally flat sleep, then this will cost you an extra $350.

The Joolz Bloom allows you to change the seat fabric (at an extra cost - $199 to be exact). However if you have a girl first and want a pink pram, and a boy second and want a blue pram, well this pram allows you to do this. See the pic. of the seat fabric choices - black, red, silver, orange, blue and pink.

The Joolz Bloom weighs: 12kg

Folded dimensions: 86 x 62 x 38cm

Mutsy 4Rider
The Mutsy 4Rider is now available, and well worth a look. It is well priced - the chassis is $382, the seat unit is $192 and the carry cot $230.

The Mutsy 4Rider gives you a lot of options. Firstly a carry cot option for a new born, then the seat which faces forwards or rearwards (it folds with the seat on!). You have the option to buy the babysitter chassis, which is a frame to place the pram seat on, and it turns your seat into a baby rocker (RRP $59.50). Then as your child becomes a toddler you can purchase (RRP $119) the fun seat. This a fabulous attachment that puts your child in the drivers seat, what fun! (This will be available from June).

Finally the Mutsy 4Rider has the option of a Step up Board for a child 2 years plus (RRP $69.95) This allows you to have your new born in the carry cot or seat and an older child on the Step up Board. What I really love about this board is its ease to use. It attaches easily on the rear axle of the Mutsy. (also available from June '08)

Mutsy Spider

I really like the look of this stroller. It has been likened to the Quinny Zapp, however I think it is better. It is easier to fold and has a recline mechanism. It folds into a transit bag and is suitable from 3 months plus.

The Mutsy Spider is available now and It weighs 8kg.

It comes in a great range of colours to choose from - black, white, red, brown, yellow.

RRP is $399

Mutsy Grow Up Seat

This stylish booster seat will look great in any home, or out and about. The seat easily attaches around the bottom of a chair, around the back of the chair and has a 3 point safety harness for your child's safety.

Available from June and it will retail for $89.95.
Colour choices will be: apple green, nut, blueberry, raspberry, mandarin, aqua

On The Move - Eat Your Greens

This is a cleaver design. A high chair , that folds oh so easily, and folds so flat that you can take it anywhere, or store it easily at home.

I am not joking, this high chair folds with a single action to fold and unfold it.

It is light weight and includes a travel bag for taking the high chair out and about with you.

This is available now for RRP $129.
For more information go to the distributors web site.

TUBmat

I am not sure about this product, well that's not all together true.... I do know that it doesn't fall into the 'stylish' category.

Why am I writing about it? I think its a clever idea. Would I buy one?... probably not.

That's me though and this may appeal to others out there.

The TUBmat is a bathing, drying and nappy changing system that sits on top of your household bath.

No more bending over the bath and hurting your back, this product allows you to stand upright to bath your baby/child. It is suitable for a newborn baby through to a child that is about 4 years of age.

The TUBmat saves water as you are only filling a small bath instead of an adult sized bath. It drains into the bath below. It is a complete bathing and changing station.

Priced from $330.00

Bloom Otto

A child sized table and chair can be a wonderful space for your child to eat their meals or do some craft. However, it can sometimes be a challenge to find a table and chair set for children, which will blend in with the style of your home.

The Bloom Otto is a stunning ergonomic table and chair set, for children from 18 months plus. It includes one table and two chairs in a set.

The cultivated stylewood and design makes these easy to wipe down, which is all-important when it comes to products with children!

The set features two handy sliding trays that allow your child to easily access their crayons, pencils, paper and any other craft items you may like to store here, and then the items just slide away out of view when not needed.

There is no assembly required for this product.

Colours available are: mocha, natural, mocha and orange and natural and orange.

RRP is $599.95

Nappy-Goo

Nappy rash can be so uncomfortable for your baby. It is important to find a lotion or cream to help sooth baby's sore bottom or help keep nappy rash at bay.

A wonderful soothing cream for nappy rash is Nappy-Goo. Nappy-Goo helps prevent, manage and treat nappy rash.

This product is listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG), and is available to the general public.

Contains Zinc oxide, Hamamelis water (witch hazel water), and Melaleuca oil (tea tree oil) to provide a soothing cream with mildly astringent and antiseptic properties that can help to prevent, manage and treat nappy rash.

Parents can now purchase Nappy-Goo at selected pharmacies throughout Australia.
I gave a few of my clients Nappy-Goo to try this product on their baby and the reports back on this product have been outstanding.

The comments I received about this product were: amazing, outstanding, excellent, 'I will continue using this', works wonders, and 'it has been wonderful to sooth my baby's bottom now that he has started solids and has been getting nappy rash, it cleared it right up'.

RRP $9.95 for 100g
