This was a design inspired from the warm, closed environment of a mother's womb. I wanted to translate the environment into BabyC. Hence, the shape. In addition, I wanted to bring style and richness into the lives of parents. Parents are often very busy when they become mother's or father's, and as one part of parenthood is the greatness of a child coming to existence, the other part is sleepless nights and constant watch to make sure the newborn is safe and sound.

BabyC was designed to bring a dash of style and coolness into the lives of these parents but at the same time it is made to create a design, style and fashion statement.

BabyC dynamics: Due to its light structure and the handle that is created from this one form curve the mother/father can easily rock the baby, while enjoying a cup of tea sitting next to the cradle. In addition, the size of this item is approximately 1m x 1m (a little larger) spherical shaped object.

We don't plan the parents to directly put the baby in the BabyC. We provide a special mattress that will fit perfectly in the bottom shape of the BabyC and parents can always add pillows etc to make the inside of the sphere as boyish or girlish as possible.

They are releasing a new line called 'Personalize PUUR' in short PP products, which is going to be released near the end of Fall 2008. Apparently Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt bought 144 Adiri natural nurser bottles from the chic West Hollywood baby boutique Petit Tresor, for their twins which are due in August.

Gee that's a lot of bottles to sterilise!
